This is the Tabata Time Level Challenge, Level 1 to 12.
We have created 12 Tabata Levels for you, spanning from the “easiest” Level 1 to the most “difficult” Level 12. Take the challenge and climb all the way to number 12.
A Tabata Workout is 20 sec of work, 10 sec of rest done 8 times for each exercise. Each workout contains 4 exercise with gives the total workout time of 15 minute.
