My name is Linus Johansson, I am a physiotherapist and a movement practitioner The Squat Mobility session is a perfect preparation drill for anyone interested in developing the squat.
The session addresses the most fundamental elements of the squat. You can use it as a daily movement routine or as a preparation drill before your actual squat session. The session contains 9 different movements and is approx 23 min long
