In these three sessions I have combined the concepts of SOMA SLOW, MOVE and MIND in to one soft and strong flow. Together they create a perfect combination for your everyday movement practice.
We start of with SOMA SLOW, always standing moving slowly through gravity. In SOMA MOVE we work with variations of depth and speed in the movements and we also move on our hands and feet over the floor. In SOMA MIND we dive in to the functional stillness, with long held positions we explore length in our tissues. This is all you need for your mobility, strength and body awareness practice.
