Inner Strength has function and flow in all different moves; to stimulate balance, core stability and flexibility - from the inside out. The focus is also to get centered and energised. This concept combines core training, gymnastics and yoga.
Inner Strength Instructor Training is for U who want to grow as an instructor and coach. The concept is easy to scale or progress depending on your target. Use all the three parts and do the whole concept, or pick and choose the parts or exercises that you find a little extra fun to use in your yoga class or in classes like functional training, core etc.
Work with the manual, practise with the videos, write down all your thoughts and ideas and in the end send us a video for feedback.
