Feet strength and mobility
My name is Linus Johansson, I am a physiotherapist and a movement practitioner. This is session is for you that wants to build greater strength and mobility in your feet.
The session contains 8 different movements and is approx 28 min long. The movements are done both in standing and on the floor.
The sessions addresses the most fundamental movements that will increase the strength and range of motion in your feet. You can use it as a daily movement routine or as a break during your workday.
