To be fit is one thing, to have true strength and body control is very different. The Rings Strength Foundation Course was created to build a stronger, fitter and more body controlled you.

Its inspired by one of the planets most difficult sports, artistic gymnastics, however been simplified so that any person could start it. Now the question remains… Do you want to be just fit or do you want to have amazing strength and body control? Your choice!

This course consist of thre phases, in total a minimum of 91 days. You start each new phase when you have reached the the individual skill goals. Thus making the course spanning over a longer period of in total 119 days.
